Public outreach

Our mission

Within the new Clinical Research Unit (CRU) “CATCH ALL – towards a cure for all adults and children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)”, funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG), an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and basic scientists organized within the University Cancer Center Schleswig-Holstein (UCCSH) at UKSH and in the Kiel Oncology Network (KON) at Kiel University will explore novel approaches for improved precision therapies for ALL patients across all age groups. The overall goal of the CRU is to integrate comprehensive clinical and molecular data from adult and pediatric ALL patients to better understand the molecular and immunological mechanisms driving leukemia persistence to foster clinical translation.
